Brief
Produce a simple, yet effective, eLearning course that explains how the Microsoft Teams user interface works targeted at all health workers, both experienced and novice users, within the service.
Development
Taking the SME’s PowerPoint presentation as a starting point; the course was developed as a fully interactive eLearning course using Lectora.
The course was designed using three directions:
1. Show the icon
2. Search for the icon in the context of the page and show its placement.
3. Provide detailed instructions as to the icons function.
The course was developed in full and then divided into short bite size modules.
Design Considerations
As it was not possible to obtain a complete set of icons it was necessary to design these in-house. 100 SVG graphic assets were produced for this project and have been added to the asset library for future projects.
